Founded on 14^th of June, 2014 by Vinayak Deokar, Mahatma Gandhi School, is a free and supportive English medium school. We are currently catering to the education of 475 orphans and children of prisoners, sex workers, daily wagers, domestic workers, and single mothers residing in the slums of and around Yerwada in Pune.

We are continually endeavouring to uplift the underprivileged children of the society through means of qualitative education, as we trust, they are of paramount importance and form the essence of a country. We deem it our moral duty and privilege to be able to play a part in and sculpt the future of the disadvantaged.
